NEW! Referral Nurse Internship Programme
Are you a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) curious about referral work?
As part of our evolution and development, we are really excited to offer this new programme.
We are launching a 12-month rotating Internship programme for RVNs. Nurse Interns will spend time in various services and areas of the hospital. They will be trained and mentored by our Senior Nurses in particular. For an insight into a day as a referral nurse, check out A Day in the Shoes Of… Tash.
The aims of the programme are to:
– Provide the opportunity for RVNs to advance their Day One skills and competencies.
– Produce nurses with the knowledge, skills and ability for referral level nursing.
Our Nurse Interns will experience all aspects of referral nursing in a safe and controlled way. Having a learning and growth mindset is one of our core values.
The salary on offer for this 12-month training position is £24,000.
We expect the first programme to start on Monday 2nd November 2020.
