Christopher Edgley

Chris is our HnR manager, is a Fellow of the CIPD and IRP with over 20 years experience. He has worked across a variety of industries including both private and public healthcare, charities and not for profit organisations as well as SME’s and blue-chip corporates. Chris is a dedicated professional, passionate about supporting people to grow, thrive and perform in their work environment. 

Away from work Chris spend his time with his wife and two children, two dogs, three chickens, beehives, geckos (and the recent addition of two mice).  He is an RFU qualified rugby coach, England Rugby Coach Developer and member of the Harlequins RFC communities team, supporting amateur rugby clubs, schools and colleges coach and play rugby.
