Always being passionate about people, management and organisation, Tehleel decided to pursue a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in 2017. To further her understanding of  business and people management on an international scale, she flew out to the UK to acquire a Master’s in International Business from the University of Birmingham  in 2021.

Tehleel has previously worked with multiple prestigious organisations within HR positions. Propelled by experiences of driving organisations to reach the utmost potential of their workforce, she understood that her calling was in the field of HR.

When she is not working, Tehleel loves to shop for perfumes and home décor. Her favorite activity is taking care of cats and journaling.
