Head of Patient Safety, Human Factors and Quality Improvement
Jessica is a Quality Improvement specialist with experience of transformational change and service improvement in local government and the NHS in Primary Care, acute hospital and mental health settings. Jessica has led projects with clinical teams using quality improvement methodologies, including Human Factors and Lean Management concepts, to address patient safety concerns and improve clinical quality standards.
Jessica first undertook training in improvement science in 2010 and her continued development includes becoming an accredited trainer in 2022 for the Quality, Service Improvement and Redesign course developed by NHS England and completing a Master’s in Business Administration in 2023.
Jessica lives with her chocolate labradoodle Chewy and enjoys crafts including knitting, crochet and sewing.
