Night Nurses and Weekend Nurses

“I enjoy being a night nurse because overnight the hospital is a more quiet and relaxing environment. The lights are turned off to allow the patients to sleep and I’m able to spend more one-on-one time with the patients. I love those precious moments…”.

As our hospital continues to get busier, we have more overnight and weekend inpatients. We need to expand our night and weekend coverage to ensure that our patients receive the best care that we can provide 24/7. And that the workload remains manageable for our people.

We are looking for experienced RVNs who prefer to work nights or weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday daytime).
Perhaps you like the different feel and atmosphere of a hospital at night.
Maybe working nights or weekends offers the flexibility you need around family commitments.
Or you may be looking for some extra weekend income around another job.
Whatever your reason, we would love to hear from you!

We would prefer referral experience but this is not essential. You will always be working alongside experienced Ralphers. These include an ECC Out of Hours Advanced Practitioner vet, an ECC Intern vet, other nurses and Patient Care Assistants.

The Ralph is a workplace that focuses on culture, core values and mission. If you want to know more about this, we would love to hear from you.
