Join our Finance Team

We are looking to expand our Finance Team and are seeking someone with the following talents:

– computer literacy

– knowledge of the pet insurance process

– experience with spreadsheets

– able to use own initiative

– motivated and organised

The role requires previous experience working in a veterinary practice or hospital, and clinical knowledge.

The role will involve:

– processing complex pet insurance claims (online and paper)

– reviewing and engaging with policy holders

– discussing invoices and claims

– dealing with insurance company queries

– dealing with carer queries

– daily banking and reconciliations

– producing ad-hoc finance reports from practice management system

Full training will be provided and we are able to offer flexible working hours.
