Veronika was born and raised in Ukraine, where she had an interesting and fulfilling career, first in law and then in education. She has always been driven by a desire to do work that has a positive impact on the lives of others.

When the war in Ukraine began, Veronika with her son and cat Simon moved to the UK thanks to the ‘Homes for Ukraine’ programme. The journey was challenging, but she believes that they rose to the challenge and adapted well to their new life. Since 2024, Veronika worked in a nursery in the UK, and recently she decided to try something new. She believes that The Ralph is the beginning of a new, exciting chapter in her career.

Animals have always been an integral part of Veronika’s life, and in her family, they have always been considered as part of the family. Veronika is inspired by the high standards of veterinary care in the UK, and although she has no professional experience working with animals, she believes that her deep love for them and her desire to learn will help her succeed in this new field.
