Terrie has been working in the veterinary industry since 1996. She started her career as a nursing assistant before moving into a reception, and then later, a customer care manager role. She really enjoys this role as she loves to help and support our patients and their carers.

Terrie is passionate about the care and welfare of all animals, including wildlife. She has hand-reared and rehabilitated many different species. She also has a special interest in feline care and behaviour.

Terrie shares her home with a special cat, who thinks that she rules the world! In her spare time Terrie enjoys her second passion, horse riding.
