Shannon studied animal management Level 2 and 3 at BCA, she joined team Ralph after 5 years of working in retail customer service. Shannon is very passionate about the welfare and compassion of small animals and their carers.

Shannon enjoys sharing her passion for animals with her daughter and going on outings to farms and zoos.

Shannon has had a wide variety of pets growing up including dogs, rabbits, rats and fish. She currently has two cats called Poppy and Bear. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family and listening to music.
