Shannon studied animal management Level 2 and 3 at BCA. She is really looking forward to joining Team Ralph after 5 years of working in retail customer service. Shannon is very passionate about the welfare and compassion of small animals and their carers.
Shannon is a mother to a 2 year old daughter, she enjoys sharing her passion for animals with her daughter and going on outings to farms and zoos.
Shannon has had a wide variety of pets growing up including dogs, rabbits, rats and fish. She currently has two cats called Poppy and Bear. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family and listening to music.
