Lois is an animal lover with a degree in Criminology and Forensic investigations from the University of Cumbria. After graduating, Lois worked in customer service but always knew she wanted a career working with animals. Lois joined The Ralph as a PCA to begin that journey, with the goal of becoming a veterinary nurse. She is passionate about providing hands-on care and helping animals to feel comfortable and supported during their recovery.

Outside of work, Lois enjoys reading and spending time with her cat, Dobby.
