Lisa joined The Ralph in 2024 after working in an office as a receptionist full time. Previously she worked in a restaurant as a waitress, and also in a hairdressers, all in the local area to Marlow. 

Lisa went to Ballymaloe cookery school in Cork in Ireland on two occasions for cookery courses. She lives at home with her working cocker spaniel Millie who is constantly waiting by the backdoor in anticipation of a ball being thrown. In her spare time, Lisa plays rugby and competes in athletics. She also likes to take walks in the woods or the local parks with her dog Millie.
