Juan completed his Veterinary Medicine studies at University of Leon, and moved to Portugal for his first job in Wildlife and Exotic Medicine at University of Tras os Montes, where he completed an internship. Since then he worked in different private companion and exotic animal practices in Spain and Portugal before completing a Postgraduate in Small Animal Practice at University of Barcelona, and moving to the United Kingdom in 2019. Here he met his amazing partner of multiple adventures Guadalupe, and completed a Rotating Internship at Pride Veterinary Centre. 

Out of work, Juan enjoys bird-watching during a nice hike, cooking for his house guests, walking through the town with no direction and his new favorite sport, padel tennis.
