Before joining The Ralph, Jade worked as a Receptionist in a small animal practice for close to two years. After her first stint there, she worked abroad before returning to the role again whilst studying. No day was the same and she enjoyed the opportunity to build close relationships with carers and their pets, something she is looking forward to doing here at The Ralph.

In her spare time Jade knits copious scarves, tries to learn a new language, and bakes; having fuelled her former practice with her attempts. She can otherwise be found corralling her family dog Penny, a Staffie x Jack Russell who will con anyone for a treat!
