Senior Oncology Nurse

Inge qualified as an RVN in 2007 in Dublin, and spent 8 years working in small animal practices in Ireland and Australia, before moving to a large oft tissue and oncology practice in Surrey in 2015. Here, she developed a love for oncology nursing. She completed her diploma in Advanced Veterinary Nursing (small animal) in 2020, and an oncology specific post-graduate certificate in 2022. She is now undertaking her VTS (veterinary technician specialist) in Oncology, a two year qualification which is currently one of the highest oncology specific nursing qualifications available.

Inge is passionate about helping enhance the quality of life for patients with cancer, while providing support and advice for their carers in what is a difficult and emotional time.

In her spare time, Inge volunteers with StreetVet in London, goes to the gym, and loves to read. She shares her home with a much loved and very stubborn chihuahua cross called Erik, who had cancer himself in 2019.
