Gemma started as a nursing assistant in 2012 at a small primary care practice. She then became a Student Nurse at a training practice in 2015 before going on to complete her studies with The College of Animal Welfare in 2018. She has recently qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse.
Gemma is now hoping to pass on her knowledge and enthusiasm as a Clinical Coach to future student veterinary nurses. Helping nursing assistants and student nurses to fulfil their roles to the best of their ability is something Gemma is very passionate about.
Gemma lives with her partner and daughter, as well as two cats – Ted and Minnie. She also has two horses. Holidaying in various countries with her family is how Gemma likes to escape her busy life.
