Crystal graduated from the Royal Veterinary College (RVC) in 2011. She worked in general practice for four years in the southeast of England before undertaking a rotating internship at the Small Animal Teaching Hospital in Liverpool. After this, she completed a speciality diagnostic imaging internship before starting her diagnostic imaging residency at the RVC in 2018. After completing her residency, Crystal worked as a diagnostic clinician in Essex and obtained her European Diploma in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging in 2022. Before joining The Ralph team, Crystal spent a year working in Singapore whilst travelling around Asia with friends and family.

In her spare time, she enjoys keeping active with yoga, gym sessions and long walks in the countryside with her Goldendoodle, Peanut. She has also recently taken up golf and enjoys a good detective novel.
