With a genuine love for animals, Lottie has always been passionate about the welfare and supporting the well-being of every pet she meets. Growing up surrounded by a variety of animals inspired her from a young age to pursue a career working closely with them.

She completed her Level 3 Diploma in Animal Management at BCA College before gaining many years of experience in the retail and hospitality sectors. After her family’s own pup was treated at The Ralph, Lottie was inspired by the care, dedication and expertise and knew she wanted to be part of the team and the opportunities it offers!

In her free time, Lottie enjoys playing and cuddling with her dogs, Louis and Lucy, spending time with her boyfriend, and listening to music.
