Charlotte has worked in the Veterinary Industry for over 3 years and can’t imagine herself working anywhere else.
Prior to this, she worked with a wide range of species from lovebirds to larger animals, including rhinos!
Since she can remember, she has cared for animals and has done a lot of voluntary work, she always has a passion to help!

After being on the receiving side of emergency treatment with her own dog, Charlotte knows how hard it is. So is able to sympathise with carers and give all the support possible. Animal care and welfare is something she holds very close to her heart as well as being supportive to her team.

As HnR Operations Assistant, she is a main point of contact for her team and does whatever she can to help out and support them, also supporting the newest members of our team when they join us and throughout their journey with The Ralph.
