Physiotherapist

Charlotte qualified as a chartered physiotherapist in 1998. She subsequently undertook and completed her MSc in Veterinary Physiotherapy at the Royal Vet College in 2003.

For a number of years she worked part time in a GP veterinary practice treating small animals referred with a variety of orthopaedic and neurological disorders.

She has spent the last 17 years working as a human physiotherapist at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital as a specialist in pelvic health. She also has a keen interest in sports injuries having worked for a professional rugby union team. During COVID 19 she was redeployed as an ICU nurse.

Charlotte will be working alongside Kim and supported by Louise treating a wide variety of patients hands on. She finds neuro rehabilitation following surgery to support recovery and return of normal function immensely rewarding. She also enjoys treating orthopaedic conditions in particular related to the sporting dog.

Charlotte is very excited about re-immersing herself back into the field of veterinary physiotherapy and also hopes to be involved in future research to support best practice in physiotherapy in the care of small animals.

Charlotte is married with 2 young boys. She also has 3 dogs (Casper, mummy Nelly and daughter Peggy) as well as a ragdoll cat called Biggles.

In her spare time she loves all sport but in particular training and competing in Canicross, Ironman and 70.3 triathlon races. She also loves gardening, cooking and spending time outdoors with her human and animal family.
