Aura graduated from the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest, Hungary, in 2019. Following graduation, she returned to the UK, where she spent two years working in mixed animal practice in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, before moving into small animal general practice in Aberdeen for a further two years.

From the start of her career, Aura knew surgery was the area of veterinary medicine she was most passionate about. This led her to complete a Rotating Internship at Vets Now Glasgow Referral Hospital from 2024 to 2025, followed by a Surgical Internship at AURA Veterinary Specialists from 2025 to 2026. She has now joined The Ralph, where she hopes to continue developing her surgical skills and ultimately pursue a residency in Small Animal Surgery.

Outside of work, Aura enjoys unwinding by playing the guitar, bouldering, baking, and challenging herself to learn Japanese.
