Angelie graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College (OVC) in Canada, completing a one year internship at the OVC following graduation. After 10 years in small animal emergency practice, she returned to the OVC to complete her Master’s degree in Veterinary Ophthalmology. She went on to complete a Comparative Veterinary Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Zurich, Switzerland, staying on at the university as a staff ophthalmologist following completion of her residency. Angelie achieved board certification in 2025. She loves all aspects of veterinary ophthalmology, but has a special interest in corneal and iridal surgery. Outside of work Angelie enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and playing sports.
