Assistant to The Finance Manager

Alex is our Accounts Assistant and whilst now based in the finance department, her background is in Veterinary and Human healthcare.

Alex qualified as a Veterinary Nurse from the Royal Veterinary College in 1999. After she qualified, Alex was Head Nurse in a small veterinary practice in Surrey before moving on to become the first Veterinary Nurse in Harrods Pet Store.

Following a career change, Alex started training with Royal Berkshire Ambulance Service in 2002 and qualified as a Paramedic in 2005. Alex has re-trained during her time at The Ralph and achieved a Merit in AAT Level 4, Diploma in Professional Accounting in 2025.

Alex lives with her husband, two children, black Labrador Inca and two Dutch rabbits in Maidenhead. She volunteers regularly with the local Scout Group and is a CPR Champion for the Thames Valley Air Ambulance.
