Phone Downtime – Mon 16th March
The short summary
The Ralph’s phone lines will be down for up to two hours (at an unknown time) while we switch providers on Monday 16th March. If you are unable to get through on our normal number (01628 308330), please call our temporary number instead: 01628 562121, or email us as usual at [email protected].
Before the day
We will communicate with primary care practices and carers affected by the phone downtime in the lead up to Monday 16th March.

What to expect on the day
The phone downtime could last up to two hours, and unfortunately we cannot know what time it will happen on the day, or for specifically how long. We do know it will be during daytime office hours.
Incoming phone calls to our usual number – 01628 308330 – will not connect at all, and we will not know that you have called.
The phone downtime will not affect our ability to care for patients in any way. We will update our website and social media when the phone lines are working again.
How we can stay in touch if needed
If you call our usual number (01628 308330) and cannot get through, call our temporary number: 01628 562121.
We will still be able to reach out to you if we need to. We will also still have internet access, so you can contact us via email – [email protected].
Primary care vets can use the online portal to refer and track patient progress as usual.
