Saturday 26th January

Today was a very special and momentous day in our journey – the day we welcomed friends, families and visitors through the doors of The Ralph for the very first time. It was heartwarming to see so many people in attendance, and to allow this day to live on that little bit longer here it is, picture by picture.

 

As you would prepare for any guests, our day started bright and early with some cleaning and tidying. The Ralphers were in full force the day before, and during the Saturday morning as we cleared the dust from our brand new facilities and setup the equipment ready for show.

 

Our re-usable coffee cups were cleaned and ready for their first coffee from our barista. Some of our visitors liked the cups so much they took them with them!

…including a quick pit-stop with the face painter to become a bit more cat-like.

 

Our guests arrive and enjoy looking around the dog waiting area, whilst enjoying a coffee and tucking in to a pastry before a tour of the hospital.

 

The clinical tours are well underway, with our clinical team telling our visitors about our services and equipment.

 

…and indeed we had help from our (toy) furry friends to showcase our Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation services.

 

Time for the grand opening and a few words from Shailen Jasani (Founder, CEO, and Clinical Director), Iqbal Dhanji (Co-Founder, Finance Director, and Company Secretary) and our friend Bruce Fogle, a celebrated vet, author, and Chair of the Humane Society International.
